Not only will Chef Stephanie expand your repertoire with delicious recipes but she will also share tips, shortcuts and strategies to ease the weeknight craziness.
Recipes to include: Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Cauliflower Rice, Sautéed Shrimp w Garlic Brocolini Tomato and Orzo, One Pan Roast Chicken w Root Vegetables, Cauliflower & Chickpea Tacos Al Pastor, just to name a few. Most recipes are gluten free.

Farmers markets are abuzz with the season’s first tender offerings. Carrots, rhubarb, asparagus and peas announce the arrival of spring and inspire lighter and brighter fare. Join Chef Stephanie for a celebration of spring produce and flavors. Recipes will include: Harissa Roasted Carrots with Honey, Pistachios & Lebnah, Spring Farro Salad with Asparagus, Snap Peas & Pickled Radish’s, Sweet Spring Pea Risotto, Spring Onion Pesto Pasta with Lemon Shrimp, Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin with Rhubarb Chutney and Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp. Most recipes are gluten free.

COOKING THE MEDITERRANEAN

Light, healthy, and fresh! The food of Greece, Italy, Spain and Morocco pairs perfectly with the warming weather. Join Chef Stephanie in exploring quick and easy Mediterranean recipes you will turn to again and again this season. Add some Mediterranean inspiration to your kitchen with such dishes as: Arugula Salad with Fennel Oranges & Fried Halloumi, Roasted Carrots & Burrata with Sultanas & Pistachios, Quinoa Patties with Zucchini Corn & Feta, Whole Roasted Fish with Perfect Lemon Potatoes, Moroccan-Spiced Chicken with Dates & Eggplant, Flourless Orange & Almond Cake – and we can’t forget the Sangria! All recipes are gluten free.

The Details:
* Classes take place at Stephanie’s Kitchen in Rye, New York.
* Class runs approximately 3 1/2 hours
* Wine or specialty cocktail served at every class.
* Space is limited to 8 students
* Refunds given with 14 days advance notice. Or you can always send someone in your place.

Chef Stephanie offers personalized classes, working with you to make your vision flourish. These private classes are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, get-togethers, corporate team-builders, or private fundraisers. They are fun and interactive creating a special occasion you will always remember. Classes accommodate up to ten people and run approximately three hours.

Chef Stephanie crafts a unique menu for each event’s theme and guides you and your guests in preparing a feast using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You will learn recipes and techniques that will remain in your cooking repertoire forever.
